This policy explains how ATLASTRUCKS CO collects and uses personal data when you visit www.usedtrucks.gr or contact us, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”), Greek Law 4624/2019 and Greek Law 3471/2006 on electronic communications (cookies).

This website has no user accounts and no contact form. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We only use cookies that are strictly necessary unless you give your consent. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject all or choose per category. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before.

Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) loads only after you consent. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4, Google signals and advertising features are disabled, and analytics data is kept for 2 months. More: Google Privacy Policy.
Google Maps on the “Find Us” page loads only after you consent, or when you click “Load this map”. Until then, a placeholder is shown and no data is sent to Google.
Currency converter: the home page shows an exchange-rate table supplied by coinmill.com. Your browser connects to their server to load it, which exposes your IP address to that provider.
Image slider: the photo slider on some pages uses the Flow Slider script, which contacts flowslider.com when the page loads. This exposes your IP address to that provider.
Viber and WhatsApp: if you use the Viber or WhatsApp buttons, the respective app opens and the provider’s own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
The website’s fonts are hosted on our own server; no data is sent to Google Fonts.
Google may process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, on which transfers are based (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023), supplemented by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Server log files: according to our hosting provider’s retention, normally a few weeks. Enquiries and correspondence that do not lead to a sale: up to 2 years after our last contact. Sales, invoicing and export records: as long as Greek tax and commercial law requires (usually 5 to 10 years). Analytics data: 2 months.
Our hosting provider, our accountant and tax authorities where the law requires, transport and shipping partners when we deliver a vehicle to you, and the service providers listed in section 4. All of them process data only for the purposes described above.
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Send your request to sales@atlastrucks.gr. We will reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, Kifisias 1-3, 11523 Athens, Greece, www.dpa.gr, tel. +30 210 6475600.
The website is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
